For the electoral officer
Create the election
Name it, add your organisation, and choose who can see results and when.
Build the ballot
Add positions in ballot order, then candidates with photos and numbers. One candidate becomes a Yes/No vote.
Import voters, issue PINs
Upload the register from Excel and download a PIN for each voter to send by SMS or slip.
Set polling time and publish
Polls open and close on their own. Pause, extend or close early from one page.
For the voter
Open the voting link
From the SMS, email or poster. Any phone browser works.
Sign in
With their voter ID and the 6-digit PIN. Wrong guesses are limited.
Mark the ballot
One position at a time, with the option to skip any position.
Review and cast
Check every choice, cast the vote and keep the receipt code.
