This draft sets out the basic rules for using EzzVote. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
Organisers
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your voter register and ballot.
- You must have the right to process the personal data you upload.
- Keep admin passwords and voter PIN files secure.
Voters
- Vote only with your own voter ID and PIN.
- Do not share your PIN or attempt to vote for someone else.
Availability
We work to keep EzzVote available during every polling window and will tell organisers promptly about any incident affecting their election.
